These Terms of Service govern use of Media Publish, operated by Media Publish.
1. Service description
Media Publish is a desktop tool that helps users plan and publish short-form video content to accounts they have authorized.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must have the right to use and manage any account you connect to Media Publish.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected-platform access.
- You are responsible for the content you publish through the service.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Media Publish to violate platform terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
- Do not publish deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content through the service.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Do not interfere with service reliability, security, or normal operations.
4. Platform rules still apply
Use of Media Publish does not replace or override the terms, policies, or publishing rules of connected platforms. Users remain responsible for complying with those platform rules.
5. User control and authorization
Media Publish only acts on accounts and content that users authorize. Users are responsible for reviewing the material they choose to publish and the settings associated with that publishing action.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or error-free performance.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, platform rules are being violated, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
8. Disclaimer
Media Publish is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media Publish will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
